It is that time of year…FINALLY.. when we start to reveal those parts of the body that have been kept under wraps for too long.
So in a two staged attack we are going to show you how to glow rather than flake your way through the summer.
Firstly we will show you how to bring you skin up to full summer health and then in the second part we will tell you how to go glow from pool to coffee or beach to bar.
First and foremost you must de-hair, that winter insulation has to go, we don’t care how you do it shave, wax, laser, just get rid. Your legs will not glow with a few millimetres of stubble on there.
Next is exfoliating. Exfoliating has a wonderful impact sloughing off that dry skin and revealing soft supple skin underneath. This needn’t be a huge job
Brush before bath scrub before shower. If you can do both each week you will soon have soft supple skin.
Brush in long stocks from the feet up to the heart
Stand on a towel or bath mat, wet hands and work scrub over your entire body, adding more water if needs be, then shower off.
Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise whether you like a thick cream or a loser lotion make sure you apply liberally after every bath or shower.
