Partisan and the French House

As you are perhaps realising, here at Earth Wit & Style we just love a new Independent, and after spotting the unique earthy style of Partisan & The French House on Instagram, we simply had to get across to Micklegate in York and check it out in 3 dimensions for you!

Partisan is an independent speciality coffee shop/restaurant situated on what is becoming one of York’s most elegant streets.

They serve Monmouth coffee, Bluebird teas and a wonderful array of home made cakes and fresh patisserie. You can enjoy an amazing and diverse brunch menu all day or choose from an ever changing lunch menu. Everything is cooked to order, with ingredients sourced from local suppliers and independent producers, bakers and roasters.

The rustic modern British menu takes its inspiration from the seasons and the richness of the produce that they source with their team.

The owners of this gorgeous establishment also run a small farm outside York, where they grow herbs, vegetables and edible flowers for the warmer months.

As well as enjoying the fayre and ambience you can shop!
