Once upon a time I used to work in the skincare world, I worked for an American results based treatment spa range launching into the UK. I visited their labourites in the USA and delivered the training course in the UK.

There were two things that I was acutely aware of at the time. Firstly, spa treatments at the time were generally being booked by groups who wanted to relax in bathrobes, sipping champagne and were very rarely concerned about visible facial results.
