This is what we call a hardcore smoothie, it has a real kick of turmeric root, a master anti inflammatory superfood – add as much as you dare!
Ingredients
300ml Almond milk, home made or bough unsweetened
1 Scoop protein powder – I use Sunwarrior vanilla
1 Tbsp Maca powder
1 Tbsp Lucuma powder
A small – large chunk of organic turmeric root, according to your taste, go gently to begin with
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a Vitamix or Nutribullet, or similar, whizz up until frothy. Enjoy
