What the blazers…..

This is it, isn’t it?!

It is now truly the time to pack away (or maybe just hang at the back) the parkas & the faux fur jackets….until next weekend haha!!

But with those heavy winter coats out of reach what do us Brit’s rely on to keep the chill away during the “in betweeny ” seasons we call Spring/ Summer…

The blazer works hard for you if thrown over a floaty dress to give it a tougher edge, but equally if paired with your jeans and a basic tee to give what could be quite a simple look, a whole load of sass.

Basically what I’m saying is that the blazer mustn’t be saved for a smart or special occasion…neither must if only be worn with tailored trousers…nope..the blazer is a must have wardrobe staple.

Look out for blazers in any colour, fabrics & style…brass buttons, cord, stripes, checks, double breasted, linen, belted, single breasted, over sized, turfed cuffs…and the best bit..if you buy well you’ll have made a sound investment to your wardrobe for a very long time to come.
